Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of booking should be informed at least 7 days before check-in.
• For any confirmed booking for the period from 1st April 2009 to 30th September 2009 on, cancellation of booking, if informed before:
  • 96 hrs, then 1 night retention will be charged.
  • 72 hrs, then 50% of the package amount will be retained.
  • Less than 72 hrs or No Show, then entire amount will be retained
