Places to visit in Singapore One of the most fascinating countries of South- East Asia, Singapore is a marvel. Henderson Waves – it is a pedestrian bridge which connects Mount Faber and Telok Blangah. It resembles a wave and is the highest pedestrian bridge of Singapore. Chinatown – take a trishaw ride, eat some mouth watering Chinese cuisines and get lost in the Chinese culture in this ethnic neighbourhood which holds immense historical and cultural significance in the multi ethnic society of Singapore. Mount Faber – covered with lush greenery this place is blessed with natural beauty. Come here for a nice meal in one of its popular hilltop restaurants, wine and dine in a cable car enjoying the bird’s eye view of the city below. Kusu Island – it is a religious place for pilgrimage. Legend has it that this island was transformed by a giant turtle to save the sailors. Sisters island – good for water activities like scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming and picnics.
